Privacy notice

What we collect

Rider name, team, optional contact details (email, Instagram, telephone), kit sizes and jersey details. For LFT riders we also store date of birth, and for riders under 16 the name and email of a parent or guardian. Each record also stores its programme, team, status and created/updated dates.

Why we collect it

For team communication and ordering kit. We store only the fields listed above and do not sell or share them for marketing.

Who can see it

Programme administrators. AGOG partner focal points can see only their own team's riders. LFT riders can view and edit their own submission through their private edit link.
